The Office of the Administrative Courts (OAC) conducted special lectures for fiscal year 2023.

     The Office of the Administrative Courts (OAC) conducted two special lectures at the Administrative Court Premises, Bangkok as follows:

     (1) On “Fundamental Principles of Public Procurement” delivered by Professor Grégory Kalflèche from Toulouse I Capitole University, French Republic at 09.00 – 12.00 hrs., on 22 November 2022; and

     (2) On “Judicial Review of the Arbitral Awards” delivered by Professor Mathieu Maisonneuve from Aix-Marseille University, French Republic at 09.00 – 12.00 hrs., on 24 November 2022.

     The attendees were comprised of the Administrative Judges, personnel of the OAC. In this regard, the lectures were given to the Regional Administrative Courts and interested persons together with technical partners via Cisco Webex Meeting and Facebook Live of the OAC.

Professor Grégory Kalflèche from Toulouse I Capitole University delivered a special lecture

Professor Mathieu Maisonneuve from Aix-Marseille University delivered a special lecture on “Judicial Review of the Arbitral Awards”.
